  • Shipments are handed to carriers Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays and carrier non-service days.

Tracking and Address Accuracy

Tracking information may be sent after carrier acceptance. Customers should enter a complete shipping address, including apartment, unit, ZIP code, and reachable phone number where required. Furniture parcels may be delayed if an address is incomplete or cannot be serviced by the carrier.

Split Shipments and Delivery Issues

Orders with multiple furniture items may ship in more than one parcel. If tracking is delayed, a carton is missing, or a package arrives damaged, contact support@kinb.shop with the order number and photos of the box, label, and item condition when available.
