This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases from Kinb, operated by 104 HOMES RESTORATIONS LLC. It covers nightstands, bedside tables, bedside cabinets, and related bedroom furniture sold through this store.
Return Window and Condition
- Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
- Customers may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Product condition accepted for return: new only.
- Exchanges are accepted when the replacement item is available.
- Return method: by mail.
Furniture Return Eligibility
Returned items should be unused, clean, unassembled when possible, undamaged, and returned with original packaging, hardware, manuals, and all components. Items with installation marks, missing hardware, damaged panels from assembly, altered surfaces, or signs of use may not qualify as new-condition returns unless required by law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, missing components, or different from the order, contact support@kinb.shop within 7 days of delivery. Include the order number and photos of the carton, label, damaged panel or part, and included hardware so the issue can be reviewed.
How To Start a Return
- Email support@kinb.shop with the order number, item name, and return reason.
- Wait for return instructions before mailing the item.
- Pack furniture panels, legs, drawers, and hardware securely to reduce transit damage.

Labels, Fees, and Refunds
- Return label: included in the package, free.
- Restocking fee: No cost. No restocking fee is charged for approved returns.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Shopify Payments.
- Refund processing time is 10 days after approval and submission.
Exchanges and Cancellations
Exchanges depend on availability of the requested finish, size, or drawer layout. Cancellation requests can be reviewed before an order enters fulfillment. Once shipped, the customer may request a return after delivery.
